Customer Reclaim In-Person - How it works

What is In-Person Reclaim?

  • In-person Reclaim allows you to pull your unsold items from the sales floor yourself, without incurring a fee.  Please schedule one appointment per contract.  Should you require any assistance or wish to have the store team look for item(s) for you, the Reclaim Concierge Service Fee of $9.99 will be charged and the store team may take up to 72 hours to retrieve additional items for you.

Sales Updates – 

Sales updates will not be provided until within 3 days before the Reclaim Deadline.  To find out if you have unsold items to Reclaim:

If you wish to Reclaim any unsold items:

  • Reclaim Appointments must be scheduled for a date that is ON or up to 3 days before the Reclaim Deadline.  Items become property of Greene Street immediately after the Expire Date, and items will no longer be eligible for Reclaim after that time.  

  • You MUST book your appointment online.  Walk-in Reclaims are not permitted.

  • You are expected to arrive on-time for your In-Person Reclaim Appointment.  Please kindly let the store know if you cannot make it in on time for your appointment.

  • Please bring your own bag with which to take your items home with you.

  • When you arrive, the store team will assist you by:

    • Retrieving items that are not accessible to customers; like designer or locked items, items behind the counter, jewelry, damaged items that may be off the sales floor, etc.

    • Providing an updated copy of your contract, showing what is sold and in-stock.

    • Providing a helpful list of abbreviations and descriptions, and an overview of the store layout.

  • BEFORE YOU LEAVE WITH YOUR ITEMS – bring any items you have found to the front counter for checkout, where:

    • The team will remove sensors

    • The team will also mark items as Picked Up in our software

    • You will be asked to sign the Pick Up Log and Receipt

Regular, In-Person FREE Reclaim – important things to note:

  • Reclaim Appointments are available TUESDAY through SUNDAY.

  • As per the Policy Agreement you sign at drop-off, Greene Street is not responsible for missing, lost, damaged, etc items.

  • Contract deadlines cannot be changed.  If you cannot make it in to Reclaim, you may designate a trusted friend or family member to do so on your behalf, during your allotted appointment time. 

  • You must book your appointment for a date that is on or up to 3 days before the Reclaim Deadline.

  • If you did not BYO bag, the team may re-use a bag they have on-hand to bag your items, or you may purchase a re-usable option.

  • Any inquiry that is submitted past the Expire Date will NOT be available for Reclaim, and your appointment will be canceled.  

  • If you do not arrive on-time for your Appointment, Greene Street reserves the right to assume you are a no-show, and your items will no longer be available for Reclaim; reasonable accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis with the approval of corporate.

  • If you request/require additional assistance, the Reclaim Concierge Service is available for a non-refundable $9.99 fee.

Commission Payment: 

Commission for all items sold within the 45-day contract period will be paid via PayPal within 14 days after your Expire Date, via the PayPal email you provided.  PayPal email updates must be made BEFORE the contract Expire Date to prevent any delays or non-payment issues.
