Since 1997, Greene Street has helped Philly and NJ communities sell, trade and consign gently used clothing, shoes and accessories, keeping fashions in circulation instead of the landfill.

JOB CRITERIA
- Clothing retail experience preferred, but not needed!
- High energy and strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Passion for building customer loyalty
- Team-oriented and sales-driven
- Weekend availability a must
Trusted team members who help open and close the store and support the floor when a manager isn't on site.
- Prior retail or keyholder experience preferred
- Comfortable opening/closing and handling cash procedures
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Weekend availability a must, open availability a plus!
A hands-on path into store leadership, learning every side of the business alongside our management team. Responsible for opening/closing the store.
- No management experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know!
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Eager to learn merchandising, buying, and team leadership
- Team oriented and sales driven
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Open availability a plus, weekend availability a must
Runs day-to-day store operations, from staffing and merchandising to hitting sales goals.
- 3-5 years of clothing retail management experience
- Proven ability to lead, train, and schedule a team
- Comfortable with sales targets and store operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Full weekday and weekend availability
Evaluates, prices, and buys incoming consignments across our Philly-area stores — a great fit for a sharp eye and a fashion background.
- Knowledge of designer labels, fabrics and current trends
- Experience buying, pricing, or authenticating handbags a plus
- Comfortable traveling between store locations
- Efficient, detail-oriented, and decisive
