Reclaim Concierge Service - How it Works
Fee/Payment –
$9.99 service fee, non-refundable.
What is the Reclaim Concierge Service?
This service allows the store team to pull your unsold items from the sales floor for you, and the store will have them ready for you on your appointment date. Please schedule one appointment per contract.
Sales Updates –
Sales updates will not be provided until within 3 days before the Reclaim Deadline. To find out if you have unsold items to Reclaim:
Three (3) days before the Reclaim Deadline, contact the STORE via email.
Subject line should include the words “Reclaim Request” and the email should also include your Full Name, Phone # and Contract Number.

The store will email you a copy of your contract within 24 hours, noting what has sold and what is unsold.
If you wish to Reclaim any unsold items:
Reclaim Appointments must be scheduled for a date that is ON or up to 3 days before the Reclaim Deadline. Items become property of Greene Street immediately after the Expire Date, and items will no longer be eligible for Reclaim after that time.
Payment of $9.99 is due when you book your appointment online. This fee is non-refundable.
Once the Reclaim Concierge Appointment is booked the store will be notified to pull your items. Please kindly let the store know if you cannot make it in on time for your appointment.
It may take up to 72 hours for the store to pull your unsold items. Your items will be ready for pick-up on your appointment date.
You MUST book your appointment online. Walk-in Reclaims are not permitted.
You are expected to arrive on-time for your Reclaim Concierge Appointment. Please kindly let the store know if you cannot make it in on time for your appointment.
Please bring your own bag with which to take your items home with you.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE WITH YOUR ITEMS –
The team will do a final check for sensors
You will be asked to sign the Pick Up Log and Receipt
Reclaim Concierge – important things to note:
Reclaim Appointments are available TUESDAY through SUNDAY.
Payment of $9.99 is required in order to initiate the Reclaim Concierge Service. This fee will be paid when you schedule an appointment, and is non-refundable. As per the Policy Agreement you sign at drop-off, Greene Street is not responsible for missing, lost, damaged, etc items.
The fee will not apply to contracts containing ONLY items priced over $200.00. In cases wherein you wish to Reclaim only items priced $200+, kindly contact the store BEFORE your Expire Date to have these item(s) pulled for you, free-of-charge.
You must book your appointment for a date that is on or up to 3 days before the Reclaim Deadline.
Any inquiry that is submitted past the Reclaim Deadline will NOT be available for Reclaim, and your appointment will be canceled.
Contract deadlines cannot be changed. If you cannot make it in to Reclaim, you may designate a trusted friend or family member to do so on your behalf, during your allotted appointment time. If Reclaim Concierge items are not picked up by end of day on the appointment date, they will be pulled and will no longer be available for Reclaim; your Concierge Fee of $9.99 will NOT be refunded.
Commission Payment:
Commission for all items sold within the 45-day contract period will be paid via PayPal within 14 days after your Expire Date, via the PayPal email you provided. PayPal email updates must be made BEFORE the contract Expire Date to prevent any delays or non-payment issues.
